Customer Review: Pretty Good Training Suit

Unlike the other reviewer, this Speedo mesh training suit fit quite well. The outer mesh was a bit baggier than I thought and I might have done well with one size down. But then who knows - that smaller size might have had the same problems that the other reviewer experienced. Previously, I had been wearing the typical small Speedo and Adidas competition suits. But they seem to wear out faster and started to feel a bit small - almost tiny. Plus I was starting to look for a bit more modesty that the mesh leg version offers, as you guys probably know what I mean.
This suit is advertised as adding a bit more drag for training purposes, but I really didn't notice much difference from my old competition suit. One additional thing to note, however. I chose this Speedo model (#705896) over the similar and more popular (by number of reviews) other Speedo leg mesh training model (#705970) because this model (#705896) has an additional inner support that keeps things nice and tight while doing laps. This difference is not clearly described here at Amazon or at the Speedo web site. So for guys who like that additional support during lap training, go with this one (#705896).
UPDATE (2 weeks later): Although the Speedo mesh training suit was great in terms of quality, it started to feel too baggy and loose, even though I ordered to my exact waist size (36). So I sent it back to Amazon for full refund and ordered one size smaller (34). This size seems just right now. So I take back my earlier comments, and now recommend buying this swim lap training suit one size smaller. I think Speedo went a bit overboard in trying to add comfort in a training suit, or else they thought the baggier it is the more water resistence for better training.
