My 32 was more like a 34, and the outer is so baggy that it drops down to look like a mini skirt. I doubt that a true 32 would be much better. The model in the product image has his hand behind for a reason, he's grabbing the cloth to pull it back. That said, if the fit were more like the image, it would be a very comfortable suit, the inside liner doesn't constrict the jewels and gives nice support.Customer Review: Ill-fitting for a Speedo

I ordered size 34 (my actual waist measurement), however, this Speedo was way oversized and flimsy. A better choice is the "Speedo Men's Core Basic Xtra Life" - fits well and is well-constructed for a lot of swimming trails.
