I swim 4 to 5 times a week and wear my suit each time. They last me about 5 months of heavy swimming with one to one and one half hour workouts. After 5 months or so the fabric looses its stretchy quality and it is time to replace. They can be found on sale at your local sporting goods store for around 25 dollars otherwise about 40 dollars like here on Amazon.com.
This suit helped me swim much faster than my old loose suit. The size ran true for me. There are no pockets to put a key or club pass meaning no openings to snag water and drag you back. Great suit for work outs.

These are the best practice jammers I've owned! As others mention, they are true to size and eventually stretch a bit over time so I'd get the proper size or 1 size smaller if you want a really tight fit.
I've gone through a few different brands and styles of jammers, but I always come back to the endurance suit. They seem to last forever making them a far better deal than grab bag or bargain suits. Highly recommended for anyone planning to swim regularly.

I have swam for over 25 years competitively starting when I was seven years old and swam through college. I recently started swimming again and bought a suit which barely lasted one month. The Endurance suit has been past my test of swimming seven days a week from four to seven hours in a heavily chlorinated pool. I highly recommend this suit as it will definitely take a beating and last a long time.Customer Review: Good jammers

Good, well-made jammers. True to size! Unfortunately, I listened to comments about other speedo jammers that all advised to get 2 sizes up. I am between 34 and 36 and went for size 38. They were definitely too big once wet. So I ended up switching to 34 which feel a bit tight at the bottom above the knee when they are dry, but feel perfect in the water.Customer Review: Great, but order one size up

These are made of heavier (and less stretchy) material than the regular Speedo jammers, so order one size up if your regular jammers fit you exactly right. The material also has a rougher texture than the regular jammers, but when you swim as slowly as I do, it makes no difference in the hydrodynamics. :-)
