I swim laps often and I've found this suit to be a perfect fit. The small straps allow free shoulder movement without the resistance of the thicker straps, and they don't take much away from the support. I've also found that the geoback provides a little more support than the flyback. The suit does not ride at all, stays exactly where it's supposed to stay, and it's very comfortable. Speedo suits tend to last longer than other brands I've used but if you swim often, you will probably be replacing your suit after about 8 months to a year because the chlorine will wear it thin.
